Parent Volunteers
Needed
Helping out in small ways is a huge
help!
I am in need of parents who would be willing to help
with the following jobs:
Take digital pictures at
choir concerts and events
-
2 parents willing to come to each concert, take
pictures of all the groups, close ups of
individuals during the concert, candid shots of
students prior to and after the concert (the
more the better) and put them on a CD for Mrs.
Micik to use on the choir website.
Video tape the concerts with
the choir video camera
-
2 parents willing to learn how to use the choir
video cameras, arrive an hour early to each
concert, and record the concerts for Mrs. Micik
to use in the classroom and on the choir
website.
-
Parents will need
to attend one meeting the night prior to the
first concert to learn to use the video camera,
where to get it from the night of the concert,
and what Mrs. Micik would like to be videoed.
The meeting will take place October 26th
from 3:15-3:3:30 in the choir room at the middle
